When you book a service, your payment is held securely by Oniise. The service provider receives their payout only after you approve the job completion. If there's a dispute, our team intervenes before any funds move.
What is the platform commission?
Oniise charges a 15% commission on each completed booking, deducted from the service provider's payout. Clients pay no extra booking fee — the price you see is what you pay.
