- Full name, email address, phone number
- Profile photo, address, date of birth

- Government ID where required
- TIN (Tax Identification Number)
- Business registration documents
- Certificates (for Verified Providers)
- Selfie or biometric verification (if required)

- Payment method details (tokenized)
- Transaction history and wallet balances
- Refund records and payout records
Oniise does NOT store full card details. Sensitive payment credentials are processed by certified payment providers.

Collected only during active use:
- Live GPS during bookings (Providers)
- Approximate Client location for matching
- Navigation routing data (temporary)
2.5 Usage Data
- Pages visited and actions performed
- Device type, IP address, browser data

- Chat messages between users
- Booking notes and uploaded media (photos, documents)

Oniise uses cookies for authentication, session management, analytics, and performance monitoring. Types include:

Location data is only used:
- During active bookings
- For real-time Provider tracking

Chat messages between Clients and Providers are stored on the Oniise platform for the purpose of booking management, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, and compliance. Communications may be reviewed by Oniise's Trust & Safety team where required for investigations. Chat history may be retained after booking completion for dispute evidence purposes.
Oniise may use automated systems to assist with fraud detection, spam detection, Trust Score calculations, document verification, risk analysis, and marketplace recommendations. Important decisions that significantly affect users may be reviewed by qualified human administrators.
We may share information only with:
- Payment Providers — To process payments, refunds, wallet transactions, and payouts.
- Identity Verification Providers — To verify IDs, licenses, and business registrations.
- Enterprise Clients — When working for an organization, limited information may be shared with authorized administrators.
- Service Providers — Who help us operate cloud infrastructure, email, analytics, security, and customer support.
- Government Authorities — Only when legally required.
Data is stored securely in encrypted systems. Access is restricted to authorized systems and personnel only. Sensitive verification data is stored separately with additional access controls.
We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption (in transit and at rest), multi-factor authentication, role-based access controls, audit logs, security monitoring, and penetration testing.
We retain information only as long as necessary:
- Active accounts — full duration of usage
- Inactive accounts — limited retention period

- Dispute evidence — retained until resolution and applicable appeal periods expire
As Oniise operates across Africa and beyond, data may be transferred between countries. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place including standard contractual clauses, secure encryption, access controls, and regional compliance measures.

Oniise is not intended for users under 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that a minor has registered, the account will be removed.
