This Transparency Report is published annually. It covers platform enforcement activity, fraud statistics, Trust Score analytics, safety events, and government cooperation. Additional quarterly internal reviews may be conducted but are not always public.

The Transparency Report provides users, partners, and regulators with insight into how the Oniise platform operates, enforces policies, and maintains trust across the ecosystem. Transparency is a core value at Oniise. We believe our users have the right to understand how the platform manages safety, fraud, compliance, and accountability.

Payment fraud attempts blocked
Fake booking attempts identified
Identity verification failures

The report includes aggregated insights such as:

Average Trust Score across operators
Distribution of Tier 1 vs Tier 2 providers
Score improvement rates
Trust badge distribution

Each report tracks:

Number of disputes raised
Resolution times
Payment hold refund vs payout ratios
Escalation to admin decisions

Each report includes:

Number of operators approved
Number rejected
Average approval time
Document rejection reasons (aggregated)

The safety section covers:

Incident reports received
Account suspensions
Emergency escalations
Platform safety interventions

This section tracks:

Data requests received from government or law enforcement
Compliance responses issued
Legal cooperation events

All requests are reviewed in accordance with applicable laws and Oniise's Privacy Policy before any information is disclosed.

This Transparency Report template and publication schedule may be updated as Oniise grows, new regulatory requirements emerge, or additional reporting categories are introduced. The latest version will always be available through the Oniise Legal Center.
