Acceptable Use Policy

• Booking and delivering services as described on approved listings.
• Communicating with matched parties via the in-platform messaging system.
• Submitting reviews and feedback for completed bookings.
• Uploading legitimate portfolio, certification, and identity documents.
• Using the platform API with a valid API key and within rate limits.

• Illegal activities of any kind.
• Money laundering, fraud, or misrepresentation.
• Sharing contact details to solicit off-platform transactions.
• Uploading false, stolen, or fabricated identity or certification documents.
• Automated scraping, crawling, or data harvesting without written permission.
• Attempting to breach or test platform security without authorization.
• Impersonating Oniise staff or other users.
• Using the platform to distribute spam or malware.
• Listing prohibited services (weapons, illegal substances, adult content).

• Weapons, firearms, or ammunition services.
• Controlled substances or illegal drug-related services.
• Adult entertainment or sexual services.
• Services that violate Rwandan law or regional regulations.
• Unlicensed medical, legal, or financial advice services.

Oniise may take any of the following actions for violations:

• Content removal or listing suspension.
• Account warning or temporary suspension.
• Permanent account ban.
• Referral to law enforcement authorities.
• Civil or criminal legal action.
