Tier 2 Enterprise Contract

Oniise Enterprise Provider Terms (Tier 2)

The legal agreement governing registered businesses, companies, and corporate service providers operating on the Oniise marketplace.

Last updated: 1 July 2026

By registering as an Enterprise Provider, you agree to these Enterprise Terms, the Oniise Global Terms of Service, and all related Oniise policies. These Terms are distinct from the Tier 1 Verified Provider Terms and apply exclusively to registered business entities.

These Enterprise Provider Terms ("Enterprise Terms") govern the use of Oniise by registered businesses, organizations, and corporate service providers operating as Tier 2 Providers. Enterprise Providers include but are not limited to:

  • Registered cleaning companies
  • Electrical and plumbing companies
  • Construction and engineering firms
  • Maintenance and facility management companies
  • Security companies and corporate service providers
  • Organizations managing teams of professionals

Individual freelancers should refer to the Tier 1 Verified Provider Terms instead.

An Enterprise Provider is any business entity that operates as a registered company, manages multiple employees or contractors, delivers services through a coordinated team, provides services across one or more categories, and operates under a unified business identity on Oniise.

Enterprise Providers must:

  • Be legally registered in their country of operation
  • Provide valid business registration documents
  • Submit a Tax Identification Number (TIN)
  • Comply with VAT regulations where applicable
  • Maintain valid business licenses
  • Ensure compliance with local corporate laws

Enterprise accounts are subject to enhanced verification, including:

  • Business registration checks and director/owner identity verification
  • Tax documentation review and proof of address
  • Bank account verification and operational capability review
  • AML screening and sanctions checks

Oniise reserves the right to reject incomplete or suspicious applications. Enterprise approval is not guaranteed.

The individual completing the Enterprise registration must be a director, owner, or authorized signatory of the registered company. By submitting the application, you confirm you have the legal authority to bind the company to these Terms. False declarations may result in immediate termination and referral to relevant authorities.

Enterprise Providers must submit a valid Tax Identification Number (TIN) issued by the relevant tax authority. VAT registration is required where turnover exceeds applicable thresholds. Enterprise Providers are responsible for:

  • Corporate income tax
  • VAT collection and remittance where applicable
  • Payroll taxes for employed staff
  • Withholding obligations
  • Cross-border tax compliance where operating internationally

Oniise does not act as a tax agent and does not provide tax advice.

Enterprise Providers are responsible for:

  • Onboarding and verifying all staff assigned through Oniise
  • Assigning jobs to appropriate staff members
  • Removing or replacing staff who violate platform standards
  • Managing team permissions within the Enterprise Dashboard
  • Monitoring staff performance and compliance
The Enterprise Provider is fully legally liable for all actions performed by their staff on the Oniise platform.

Each staff member assigned through Oniise must complete individual verification, including identity verification, relevant certifications, licensing where required, and background screening as applicable. Enterprise Providers must not assign unverified staff to bookings. Staff added without completing verification will be flagged by the platform and may be rejected.

Enterprise companies are responsible for their employees' behavior on the platform. This includes:

  • Professional conduct and respectful treatment of Clients
  • Compliance with safety standards and applicable laws
  • Protection of Client property and personal data
  • Adherence to Oniise's Community Standards
  • Reporting safety incidents promptly

Failure of individual employees does not remove the company's legal responsibility under these Terms.

Enterprise Providers may reassign bookings to alternative verified staff members where the originally assigned employee is unavailable. Replacement staff must be verified and approved before assignment. Clients must be notified through the platform in advance of any staff change.

Enterprise Providers have access to a dedicated Enterprise Dashboard that supports:

  • Employee management — add, verify, assign, and remove staff
  • Branch and location management
  • Manager and team leader role assignment
  • Booking and service territory oversight
  • Compliance and document tracking
  • Performance and reporting dashboards

Enterprise Providers are responsible for all actions taken through sub-accounts and team accounts they create or authorize.

One of Oniise's unique enterprise features is integrated inventory management. Enterprise Providers may manage the following through the platform:

  • Tools and equipment assigned to specific jobs or employees
  • Company vehicles and transportation assets
  • Service materials and consumables
  • Branded uniforms and safety equipment
  • Replacement equipment and backup assets

All assets remain the legal property and responsibility of the Enterprise Provider. Oniise does not assume ownership or liability for company assets. Equipment data entered on the platform is used for operational management only.

Enterprise Providers are responsible for ensuring service quality, timely execution, proper staffing, adherence to booking requirements, customer satisfaction, and safety standards across all engagements. The company — not individual employees — bears contractual responsibility to the Client for service outcomes.

Oniise supports Business-to-Business (B2B) bookings. Enterprise Providers may engage corporate clients, SMEs, government bodies, and institutional clients. B2B engagements may include:

  • Service contracts and recurring maintenance agreements
  • Enterprise retainers and long-term engagements
  • Corporate invoicing and consolidated billing
  • Account manager assignments
  • Customized service packages

Enterprise Providers agree to meet performance standards defined in applicable SLAs, including:

  • Response time targets for booking confirmations
  • Arrival time targets for scheduled services
  • Completion deadlines for projects and retainers
  • Quality benchmarks for deliverables

Repeated SLA violations may result in penalties, reduced marketplace visibility, suspension of enterprise status, or contract termination. SLA terms may be customized for specific enterprise agreements.

Enterprise Providers may operate across multiple cities, districts, and countries where Oniise is active. Each location must comply with local laws, regulations, and licensing requirements. Enterprise Providers operating internationally must comply with local business laws in each jurisdiction, including Rwanda, Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Ghana, and Nigeria (where applicable).

Enterprise Providers are required to maintain appropriate insurance coverage. Depending on service categories, this may include:

  • Public Liability Insurance
  • Employer Liability Insurance
  • Professional Indemnity Insurance
  • Commercial Vehicle Insurance
  • Equipment Insurance

Insurance certificates must be uploaded and kept current. Oniise may request evidence of coverage at any time. Lapsed insurance may result in temporary removal from marketplace listings.

Enterprise Providers receive a composite Trust Score that reflects company-level performance rather than a single individual. The Enterprise Trust Score is calculated from:

  • Company Trust Score — overall company performance, compliance, SLA adherence, and dispute history
  • Individual Employee Trust Scores — each staff member's personal performance metrics

Together, these scores affect the Enterprise Provider's marketplace ranking, enterprise invitation eligibility, and access to priority features. A single low-performing employee may affect the company score if not addressed.

Payments are processed through Oniise's approved payment systems. Funds may be held in Payment Hold until service completion or dispute resolution. Enterprise Providers are responsible for bank account accuracy, payout information, tax deductions, and internal staff payroll distribution (where applicable).

Enterprise invoicing and monthly consolidated billing may be available under applicable enterprise agreements.

Oniise may conduct periodic compliance reviews covering:

  • Business registration and license validity
  • VAT and TIN compliance
  • Employee verification status
  • Insurance certificate currency
  • SLA performance records
  • Trust Score trends

Enterprise Providers must cooperate with compliance review requests. Failure to cooperate may result in temporary suspension of enterprise features.

Enterprise Providers manage teams and handle customer data on behalf of Clients. Enterprise Providers are responsible for:

  • Protecting staff personal data in compliance with applicable privacy laws
  • Handling Client personal data lawfully and securely
  • Ensuring confidential information is not shared improperly
  • Retaining data only for as long as legally required
  • Reporting data breaches to Oniise promptly

Enterprise Providers may be required to sign a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) depending on the nature and volume of data they handle.

Oniise may take graduated enforcement action:

  • Suspend an individual employee only — if the violation is isolated to that person
  • Suspend specific service categories — if repeated issues arise in one area
  • Restrict certain locations — if geographic-level problems are identified
  • Suspend the entire Enterprise account — if the company repeatedly violates policies
  • Permanently remove the Enterprise Provider — if fraud is detected or serious misconduct occurs
Enterprise Providers may close their accounts with 30 days' written notice, subject to fulfilling or properly cancelling outstanding bookings and obligations.

Oniise may terminate Enterprise accounts for:

  • Fraud or misrepresentation
  • Fake employees or falsified certifications
  • Repeated SLA failures
  • Tax violations or non-compliance
  • Unsafe conduct by company staff
  • Document fraud
  • Serious Trust Score deterioration
  • Illegal activity

Enterprise Providers must maintain strict confidentiality over Customer data, Oniise internal systems, pricing models, operational data, and platform analytics. Confidential information must not be shared with third parties except where required by law or expressly permitted by Oniise.

Enterprise Providers retain ownership of their company branding. By using Oniise, the Enterprise Provider grants Oniise a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display company profiles, show logos, promote services, and advertise listings for the purpose of operating and marketing the platform.

Oniise is not responsible for employee actions, service delivery failures, financial losses, or disputes between Enterprise Providers and Clients arising from service delivery. The Enterprise Provider assumes full legal responsibility for services delivered through its organization. Oniise's liability is limited as described in the Global Terms of Service.

Oniise may update these Enterprise Terms as the platform evolves, regulations change, or new enterprise features are introduced. Enterprise Providers will be notified of material changes. Continued use of the platform following notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
