The Oniise Marketplace connects Clients with independent Verified Providers and Enterprise Providers who offer professional services through the Oniise platform. These Marketplace Rules establish the standards, responsibilities, and operational requirements that ensure a safe, transparent, fair, and trusted experience for everyone using Oniise.
Oniise is built upon five core principles:
- Trust
- Transparency
- Professionalism
- Fair Competition
- Customer Satisfaction
Every marketplace decision, ranking, verification, and moderation process is guided by these principles.
Verified Providers may only publish services that:
- They are qualified to perform
- Comply with applicable laws
- Meet Oniise quality standards
- Are accurately described
- Include realistic pricing
- Reflect actual capabilities
Misleading or inaccurate listings may be removed.
Each Verified Provider profile should accurately represent:
- Full legal name or registered business name
- Professional photograph
- Biography, skills, and certifications
- Years of experience and languages spoken
- Service areas and portfolio (where applicable)
- Availability
Providing false information may result in suspension or permanent removal.
Enterprise Providers (Tier 2) represent registered businesses or organizations. Enterprise profiles should include:
- Registered business name and company logo
- Business registration information
- Tax Identification Number (TIN), where applicable
- VAT registration information, where applicable
- Team size and supported service categories
- Operating regions and insurance information (if required)
Enterprise Providers are responsible for ensuring that all team members comply with Oniise policies.
Only approved Verified Providers may appear publicly in search results. Verification may include:
- Government-issued identification
- Business registration and TIN verification
- Professional licenses and certifications
- Insurance documentation
- Address, phone, and email verification
- Biometric verification (where available)
Verification status may change if documentation expires or becomes invalid.
Search rankings are determined using multiple quality signals rather than payment or sponsorship. Factors may include:
- Trust Score and verification status
- Response rate and completion rate
- Customer ratings and review quality
- On-time arrival history and booking history
- Service quality, availability, and distance from the Client
- Profile completeness and recent activity
No provider is guaranteed a permanent search position.
Trust Scores are a core component of Oniise. Trust Scores influence search visibility, enterprise eligibility, premium opportunities, client confidence, verification badges, and marketplace recommendations. Trust Scores are calculated under the separate Trust Score Policy.
Verified Providers determine their own pricing within reasonable marketplace expectations. Pricing should be accurate, transparent, include all mandatory fees, avoid hidden charges, and reflect actual work required. Oniise may temporarily limit pricing practices that negatively affect marketplace fairness.
Applicable taxes, including VAT where required by law, may be calculated during checkout. Providers remain responsible for fulfilling their tax obligations under applicable laws. Enterprise Providers may be required to submit additional tax documentation.
Providers may only list services within categories approved by Oniise. Examples include:
- Home Cleaning, Laundry Services, Plumbing, Electrical Services
- Appliance Repair, Painting, Carpentry, Handyman Services
- HVAC Services, Landscaping, Pest Control
- Beauty & Wellness, Personal Care, Event Services
- Photography, Videography, Graphic Design
- Business Services, Delivery Services, Moving Services
- Vehicle Services, IT Support, Computer Repair, Mobile Device Repair
- Security Services, Property Maintenance, Construction Services
- Interior Design, Professional Consulting, Education & Tutoring
- Health Support Services (where permitted)
Oniise may modify available categories over time.
Providers are expected to maintain accurate availability calendars. Repeated acceptance followed by cancellation may negatively affect Trust Score, search ranking, and verification status.
Once a booking is accepted, Providers are expected to:
- Arrive on time
- Complete agreed services
- Communicate professionally
- Update booking progress
- Follow Oniise workflows
Failure to honor confirmed bookings may result in disciplinary action.
All booking-related communication should occur within Oniise whenever possible. Using Oniise communication tools helps protect both parties, preserve evidence, support dispute resolution, and improve customer support. Attempts to move communication off-platform before booking may violate Oniise policies.
Only Clients who complete bookings may submit reviews. Reviews should be honest, accurate, relevant, and respectful. Reviews must not contain hate speech, harassment, personal attacks, false allegations, confidential information, or fraudulent content. Oniise may remove reviews that violate Community Standards.
Providers may not:
- Create fake accounts or manipulate reviews
- Falsify qualifications or impersonate others
- Misrepresent services or use stolen photographs
- Circumvent Oniise payments or encourage off-platform payments
- Submit fraudulent verification documents
- Engage in deceptive pricing
Enterprise Providers are responsible for team member conduct, service quality, staff verification, customer communication, compliance documentation, and insurance requirements. Enterprise administrators may add, remove, or manage team members through Oniise.
Enterprise Providers may manage inventories related to their services, including equipment, service vehicles, professional tools, spare parts, rental equipment, and consumable supplies. Inventory information should remain accurate.
Oniise actively monitors marketplace activity to ensure quality and safety. Moderation may include listing reviews, profile audits, document verification, fraud detection, complaint investigations, and quality assurance reviews. Listings may be suspended while investigations are ongoing.
Depending on the severity of a violation, Oniise may:
- Issue warnings or request additional verification
- Remove listings or reduce marketplace visibility
- Suspend bookings or suspend accounts
- Remove Enterprise status
- Permanently terminate marketplace access
These actions may occur without prior notice where necessary to protect users.
Providers may appeal certain marketplace decisions including listing removal, verification rejection, Trust Score penalties, and Enterprise status removal. Appeals should include supporting evidence and may be reviewed by Oniise's Trust & Safety team.
Oniise may update these Marketplace Rules periodically to reflect platform improvements, regulatory requirements, safety enhancements, operational changes, and new marketplace features. Updated versions will be published in the Oniise Legal Center.
