Oniise Safety & Incident Policy

Standards, reporting procedures, investigation processes, and response measures used to promote a safe, professional, and trustworthy marketplace.

Last updated: 1 July 2026

If anyone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first. Oniise is not an emergency response service and cannot replace police, ambulance, or fire services.

The safety of our Clients, Verified Providers, Organizations, Enterprise Customers, employees, and communities is a core priority at Oniise. This Safety & Incident Policy establishes the standards, reporting procedures, investigation processes, and response measures used to promote a safe, professional, and trustworthy marketplace.

It applies throughout the entire booking lifecycle — before, during, and after a booking.

  • Safety First
  • Respect for People
  • Accountability
  • Transparency
  • Fair Investigations
  • Regulatory Compliance
  • Continuous Improvement

All users share responsibility for maintaining a safe marketplace.

All users are expected to behave respectfully, follow applicable laws, avoid dangerous behavior, communicate professionally, cooperate during investigations, and report safety concerns promptly. Failure to comply may result in enforcement action.

If anyone is in immediate danger, users should first contact their local emergency services. Examples include medical emergencies, fires, violent crime, armed threats, serious injuries, and active criminal activity.

After contacting emergency services, users should notify Oniise as soon as it is safe to do so.

Users should report safety incidents through the Oniise platform as soon as possible. Reports may include:

  • Injuries and unsafe behavior
  • Property damage and threats
  • Harassment and theft
  • Fraud and discrimination
  • Equipment failures and environmental hazards

Prompt reporting helps preserve evidence and supports fair investigations.

Users may be asked to provide photographs, videos, chat history, invoices, receipts, GPS records, witness statements, uploaded documents, booking history, and communication logs. Knowingly providing false evidence is prohibited.

If property is damaged during a booking, the affected party should notify Oniise promptly. Damage reports should include description of the damage, photographs, estimated repair costs (where available), and supporting documentation. Oniise may review evidence before determining appropriate action.

If a user is injured during a booking, Oniise encourages immediate medical attention. Where appropriate, users should seek emergency assistance, preserve evidence, notify Oniise, and cooperate with any investigation. Oniise does not provide medical advice.

Verified Providers may pause or decline work where conditions present a genuine safety risk. Examples include exposed electrical hazards, structural instability, dangerous animals, hazardous chemicals, severe weather, unsafe access, illegal activity, and threats of violence. Providers should document the circumstances where safe to do so.

Oniise may immediately suspend accounts while investigations are conducted.

Threatening, intimidating, or violent behavior is strictly prohibited, including physical assault, verbal threats, stalking, intimidation, coercion, weapon-related threats, and domestic violence affecting a booking.

Harassment is not tolerated and may result in permanent removal from Oniise. Examples include unwanted advances, repeated intimidation, discriminatory comments, abusive language, offensive gestures, retaliation, and persistent unwanted contact.

Oniise is committed to providing equal access to its marketplace. Discrimination based on legally protected characteristics is prohibited, including race, ethnicity, nationality, disability, religion, age, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, marital status, and veteran status.

Users should not perform or receive services while impaired in a manner that creates safety risks. Verified Providers must not provide services while under the influence of illegal drugs or excessive alcohol.

Where required by law, Oniise may cooperate with law enforcement authorities.

Oniise prohibits the use of its platform for criminal purposes including theft, assault, fraud, money laundering, human trafficking, illegal weapons, drug trafficking, property crimes, and financial crimes.

Oniise may temporarily suspend accounts while investigating serious safety incidents. Suspension does not necessarily indicate wrongdoing. Temporary restrictions help protect all parties while investigations are completed.

The Trust & Safety Team may investigate incidents by reviewing booking records, messages, uploaded media, GPS information, payment records, verification documents, witness statements, and prior platform activity. Investigations are conducted fairly and impartially.

Users are expected to cooperate with reasonable requests during safety investigations. Failure to cooperate may affect access to Oniise services.

Where legally required, Oniise may disclose information to law enforcement agencies in response to valid legal requests. Requests are reviewed in accordance with applicable laws and Oniise's Privacy Policy.

Organizations and Enterprise Providers are responsible for ensuring their staff receive appropriate training, maintain required certifications, follow workplace safety procedures, comply with applicable regulations, and report incidents promptly. Enterprise customers may establish additional internal safety standards.

Oniise may use technology to improve safety including identity verification, Trust Scores, secure messaging, payment protection, document verification, GPS tracking (where enabled), live booking status updates, photo evidence uploads, and fraud detection systems. These technologies help promote accountability but do not eliminate all risks.

Repeated safety-related violations may result in reduced Trust Scores, loss of Verified status, suspension, permanent account termination, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

Users who believe a safety-related decision was made in error may submit an appeal through the Oniise Help Center. Appeals should include any additional evidence relevant to the incident. Each appeal is reviewed independently.

Oniise may update this Safety & Incident Policy as the platform evolves, new technologies are introduced, or legal requirements change. The latest version will always be available through the Oniise Legal Center.
