Nigeria — Regional Legal Terms

Oniise is preparing for launch in Nigeria. Nigerian operations will be governed by Nigerian law.

These regional terms supplement and do not replace the Oniise Global Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and other platform-wide policies. In the event of conflict, global terms prevail unless local law mandates otherwise. Oniise reserves the right to add new regional terms, modify compliance requirements per country, and adapt payment and tax rules per jurisdiction as operations expand.

Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS) — tax and TIN
Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) — payment system oversight
National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA) — data protection
Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC)

As Oniise expands, additional country-specific terms may be published. Each regional page may be updated independently to reflect changes in local law, regulatory requirements, or platform operations.
