Rwanda — Regional Legal Terms
Rwanda is Oniise's primary market and regulatory home. All core platform operations are governed by Rwandan law.

These regional terms supplement and do not replace the Oniise Global Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and other platform-wide policies. In the event of conflict, global terms prevail unless local law mandates otherwise. Oniise reserves the right to add new regional terms, modify compliance requirements per country, and adapt payment and tax rules per jurisdiction as operations expand.
- Rwanda Revenue Authority (RRA) — tax collection, TIN/VAT administration
- Rwanda Development Board (RDB) — business registration and foreign investment
- National Bank of Rwanda (BNR) — payment system oversight
- Financial Intelligence Centre (FIC) — AML/CFT compliance
- Rwanda Utilities Regulatory Authority (RURA) — digital services regulation
- National Cyber Security Authority (NCSA) — cybersecurity compliance
