Violation of these standards may result in warnings, suspension, permanent account removal, legal action, or reporting to relevant authorities.

Oniise exists to build trust between Clients, Verified Providers, Organizations, and Enterprise customers. Every interaction on Oniise should be professional, respectful, safe, and transparent. These Community Standards apply to every user of the Oniise Platform.

Every user deserves dignity and respect. Users must not engage in harassment, bullying, intimidation, hate speech, threats, discrimination, offensive language, or personal attacks.

Protected characteristics include but are not limited to: race, nationality, ethnicity, gender, religion, disability, sexual orientation, and age. Discrimination of any form is prohibited.

Verified Providers represent themselves and, in many cases, Oniise's trusted marketplace. Providers are expected to:

  • Arrive on time and communicate professionally
  • Dress appropriately and maintain hygiene
  • Carry required equipment
  • Complete work safely
  • Respect client property
  • Provide honest estimates

Repeated unprofessional conduct may reduce Trust Scores or lead to removal from the platform.

Clients and Providers must respect one another's property. Users must not intentionally damage property, misuse equipment, steal belongings, access unauthorized areas, or use customer property without permission. Property damage investigations may involve evidence reviews, photos, and insurance documentation.

Safety is Oniise's highest operational priority.

Users must never perform unsafe work, ignore safety regulations, remove required protective equipment, knowingly create dangerous situations, or work while impaired. Providers must comply with applicable occupational safety standards.

All communication should remain truthful. Users may not misrepresent skills, exaggerate qualifications, submit fake certificates, falsify licenses, impersonate another individual, or use another person's identity.

Profile information must remain accurate, including legal names, business names, profile photos, qualifications, licenses, certifications, service categories, and operating locations. Misleading information may result in suspension.

Reviews help maintain marketplace quality. Users must never buy or sell reviews, threaten negative reviews, exchange incentives for ratings, or create fake accounts to review themselves. Only verified bookings may generate reviews.

Harassment results in immediate investigation. Serious cases may lead to permanent removal.

Harassment includes repeated unwanted messages, abusive language, sexual harassment, stalking, intimidation, discrimination, and threats of violence.

Violence or threats of violence are never permitted. This includes assault, physical intimidation, threats, weapons, and property destruction. Emergency incidents may be referred directly to law enforcement.

Users should not publicly share passwords, banking information, government IDs, personal addresses, or sensitive documents. Oniise will never request passwords through chat.

Users should communicate using Oniise messaging whenever possible. Keeping communication on-platform protects both parties, improves dispute resolution, preserves booking history, and strengthens Trust Scores.

Accounts engaging in illegal activity will be permanently removed.

The platform may never be used for money laundering, human trafficking, terrorism, drug trafficking, illegal labor, fraud, bribery, or corruption.

Users must obey all applicable laws in every country where Oniise operates, including labor laws, tax regulations, licensing requirements, immigration requirements, and consumer protection laws.

Verified Providers must maintain valid documentation where required, including trade certifications, professional licenses, insurance certificates, tax registration, TIN documentation, and identity verification. Expired documents may temporarily suspend marketplace visibility.

Enterprise Providers and Organizations have additional responsibilities. They must supervise employees, maintain insurance, monitor staff conduct, ensure document compliance, maintain service quality, and respond to incidents promptly. Enterprise accounts are responsible for the conduct of assigned staff.

Community behavior directly affects Trust Scores.

Positive behavior increases Trust:

  • Punctual arrivals
  • Excellent reviews
  • Professional communication
  • Verified documentation

Negative behavior may reduce Trust:

  • No-shows
  • Abusive language
  • Cancellations
  • Safety violations
  • Fake documentation

Users may report unsafe behavior, fraud, discrimination, fake accounts, harassment, property damage, and inappropriate conduct. Reports are reviewed by Oniise Trust & Safety.

Email: trust@oniise.com

Depending on severity, Oniise may:

  • Issue warnings or require additional verification
  • Remove listings or freeze payouts
  • Suspend accounts
  • Permanently terminate accounts
  • Notify authorities where legally required

Users who believe enforcement was incorrect may submit an appeal. Appeals should include supporting evidence, explanation, and relevant documents. Trust & Safety decisions are reviewed independently.

These Community Standards may change as Oniise expands into additional countries and introduces new services. Continued use of Oniise constitutes acceptance of updated standards.
