Ownership, licensing, and permitted use of content on the Oniise platform.

- The Oniise name, logo, design system, platform code, and all related materials are owned by Oniise Technologies Ltd.
- No user may reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Oniise's intellectual property without prior written consent.
- The Trust Score algorithm is proprietary and confidential.
- By uploading content (photos, portfolio items, reviews), you grant Oniise a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display that content on the platform.
- You retain ownership of content you create.
- Oniise may use anonymized review content for marketing with reasonable notice.
- Oniise will remove content on valid copyright takedown request.
- Submit copyright takedown notices to: legal@oniise.com
- Include: description of the copyrighted work, URL of infringing content, your contact details, and a statement of good faith.
- Counter-notices may be submitted within 14 days.
- Oniise® is a registered trademark of Oniise Technologies Ltd.
- Do not use the Oniise name or logo in a way that implies endorsement without written permission.
